How to Make Low-Carb Paleo Buffalo Wings

It’s funny, but the worst Buffalo Wings I’ve had just happened to be at the Anchor Bar in Buffalo, NY – the supposed birth place of Buffalo Wings. They were stringy, dry and kind of gross. This recipe, however, hits a home-run out of the park every time!

Roasting chicken wings is very easy. You can use this method to roast your wings and toss them with all sorts of seasonings and sauces. For this video I make a hollandaise-like sauce, which will require a bit of practice if you’re not a seasoned cook. But if you’re willing to give it a try, and can follow instructions, you’ll most likely get it right the first time. This sauce is satisfyingly creamy, without any significant amount of carbs.

These wings go great next to some veggie sticks. Make sure to save some of the sauce to dip the sticks.
