How to Make Seafood in Vodka Sauce

I keep saying that the success I’ve had with this diet is that the food is so damn satisfying! I love seafood. I love good seafood! With this creamy tomato sauce, you’ll love it too.

The only source of carbs in this dish comes from the tomatoes, but I always made sure that my portion size was less than 30 grams of carbs, and this is one of the meals that led to my weight loss success.

It pairs great with spaghetti squash or zucchini noodles. You can also serve it in a bowl with a side salad.
